Synk.lk Salon Partner Agreement

This Agreement is made between Synk.lk (“Platform”) and the registered Salon Owner (“Salon”). By registering on Synk.lk, the Salon agrees to the following terms.

1. Free Registration & No Monthly Fees

  • Salon registration on Synk.lk is FREE.
  • There are no monthly subscription fees.
  • There are no setup charges.

2. Booking Fee Structure

  • A booking fee of LKR 20 will be added to each successful online appointment made through the platform.
  • Example: If a haircut price is LKR 800, the customer will pay LKR 820 at the salon. The additional LKR 20 is the platform booking fee.
  • The Salon agrees to collect the full service price including the LKR 20 booking fee from the customer at the time of service.

3. Responsibility to Collect Booking Fee

  • The Salon is fully responsible for collecting the booking fee from the customer.
  • If the Salon fails to collect the booking fee from the customer for a completed appointment, the Salon agrees that the booking fee amount will still be payable to Synk.lk.
  • The booking fee is considered earned once the appointment is marked as “Completed” in the system.

4. Payment Settlement

  • Synk.lk will provide a dashboard showing the total number of completed bookings and the total booking fees owed.
  • The Salon agrees to settle outstanding booking fees within the agreed payment period.

5. Accurate Information

  • The Salon must provide accurate service prices, durations, and availability.
  • The Salon agrees not to increase service prices unfairly for customers who book through Synk.lk.

6. Appointment Management

  • The Salon agrees to honor confirmed appointments made through the platform.
  • Repeated cancellations or misuse of the platform may result in suspension.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.
  • Outstanding booking fees must be settled before termination is completed.

8. Acceptance

By registering and listing the Salon on Synk.lk, the Salon Owner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
